inordertogetskinny-deactivated2 asked: Okay, so really I eat something different everyday, but I'll go over what some of my favorite things are and give you a few ideas for each meal and what a typical day would be like. =)

Wake up in the morning at 8'am- One hour strength training at the gym. No food until 10am!
Weight in at about 9:30am. Shower.
10am - Breakfast! My least favorite meal of the day =p
So If I'm really craving chocolate I'll have one of these two things:
A slim fast creamy chocolate protein shake. It really fills you up and it's so good. Like you have no idea! I get the pre-made stuff so I can replace soy milk with regular milk. And I feel better making it myself.
Or I'll have Special K Chocolate Delight cereal with a half cup of soy milk to a 3/4 cup of cereal. ( nom nom nom! )
On another day I'll have two scrambled egg whites ONLY mixed with green peppers, onions, and vegan cheese. Sometimes I'll have it on one piece of whole wheat toast but I like to stay away from starches typically.
Or I will have something like Yogurt, banana, and apple all mixed up with 5 almonds. Which is so good you have no idea! Lot's of people put granola but it's actually rather fattening.
2 hours later I'll have one of the following snacks:
One apple, One banana, 10 baby carrots, ONE 100 cal pack of whatever I choose, 80 Cal Dannon Light and Fit vanilla yogurt, 6 Wheat thins, Or One celery stick with peanut butter. I'm a peanut butter FREAK :P
2 Hours later I'll have a light lunch:
Spinach salad with cucumbers, green peppers, onions, and a spritz of vinegar. So GOOD! My dad is actually Vegan so he usually makes something and leaves it out for me. He can make a vegetarian pizza bowl which is so good. It's home made tomoatoe sauce with tofu, a pita role, and vegan cheese. You have no idea how good this is!
Two hours later..ANOTHER SNACK. =)
For supper I'll have something like a lean cuisine meal. Nothing over 310 calories. This is my biggest meal of the day. Sometimes I'll make lunch my biggest meal of the day but it changes all of the time.
After that I'll have another snack.
By this time keep in mind I've had about 9 bottles of water :P It keeps you full and suppresses cravings!
Then It's one hour of cardio at the gym EVERY NIGHT or I feel just disgusting. This is 6mph on a treadmill at a 4-5% incline. After my hour I sometimes get kind of greedy and head for the weights for a little bit too :)

But there it is. My day. I really hope this helps! =D
